About Course

Tapped out above is exactly what you think it means. This program was designed for those of you experiencing discomfort from the waist up whatever the cause.  In times of pain or injury, most people believe that they have to refrain from physical activity until they recover. This can cause other muscle to atrophy and make getting reconditioned much more challenging.  Don’t hold back on you’re fitness goals because your down and out on half of your body. Get Tapped out above and keep your body moving and progressing towards your fitness goals.

Recommendations: 15 reps for legs 15-20 reps for core

Pick and choose.  Select 3-6 exercises a day and repeat 3 rounds OR  Pick 8-9 exercises for 2 rounds

21 exercise demonstration videos (including progressions)

Equipment needed: sturdy chair or counter top

*dumbbells beneficial for advancement
