This then creates overworked muscles that can lead to muscle combinations which can either lead to injury OR create aches and pains. Through various stretching techniques you can increase tissue extensibility, improve your range of motion, and enhancing neuromuscular efficiency. All of which reduces your risk of injury by reducing muscle combinations and enhancing your range of motion.
