About Course

The process of growing a baby is exciting, especially when you think about what happens to your body during that process.  Rock the baby was designed to keep your body moving during your pregnancy with safe toning exercises.  Keeping up with your activity levels during your pregnancy is a great way to keep your energy up and assist in the preparations for delivery.

Recommendations: Repetitions 15-20x per exercises.

The key secret to pregnancy training is to not exceed your activity level from prior to your current pregnancy, no matter if you exercised between 1-5x a week prior to pregnancy.  Rest assured you can maintain that activity as long as you do not try to surpass those levels.  Pick and choose how many exercises you would like to do and perform them for the duration of time that matches your activity level.
