About Course

Cardiovascular workouts are essential to overall heart health.  It is difficult to have access to cardio equipment, usually because it requires a gym membership or taking up large amounts of space in your home. This collection of exercises provides the benefits of cardio without needing to take up a ton of space.  Your heart is a muscle and if muscles are left alone they begin to atrophy.  So why not pump up the beat and keep yourself feeling fit as a fiddle.

Recommendations: 12-15 repetitions for arms 15 reps for legs 15-20 reps for core

Pick and choose.  Select 3-6 exercises a day and repeat 3 rounds OR  Pick 8-9 exercises for 2 rounds
