Dealing with the body post pregnancy is an adjustment, regardless if it’s immediately after delivery or years apart. Hormones along with body shape have shifted. But that doesn’t mean we should give up. Milf it was designed to help get your shapely tones again and bring you closer to feeling how you once did prior to pregnancy.
Recommendations: 15-20 Repetitions per exercise. For those feeling challenged. Start with 10 reps and work your way up to 20 by increments of 5 every 3 weeks.
