Leg shape these days have really become trendy.  Whether your looking to develop some assets (seek finer assets) or looking to fill out your pants in  all the good places, legs 4 days is for you.  This is a collection of exercises to tone all things from the waist down.  Including the muscles that most people forget about when it comes to true definition.

Recommendations: 15-25 reps

Pick and choose.  Select 3-6 exercises a day and repeat 3 rounds OR  Pick 8-9 exercises for 2 rounds
