No matter if its due to weight gain or just plain aging, all those inner wobbly bits just start to get on our last nerve.  Flaptastic was created to target all those annoying little areas that we wish would stop jiggling.  Complementing this program with the right nutrition plan can help firm you up and stop you from jiggling along the way.

Recommendations:  12-15 repetitions for arms 15 reps for legs 15-20 reps for core

Pick and choose.  Select 3-6 exercises a day and repeat 3 rounds OR  Pick 8-9 exercises for 2 rounds

20 exercise video demonstrations

Equipment needed: light weight hand held household items (only used for some exercises)

*dumbbells beneficial for advancement
