This program is for all of those looking to firm up their booty and provide a little lift. These exercises are even great for those that don’t have any assets. Under developed glutes can be a leading cause of back and hamstring issues. If one does not have enough junk in the trunk, the hamstrings are recruited for work which leaves them over worked and eventually causing aches and pains. So tone up that booty and get yourself some finer assets!
Recommendations: 12-15 repetitions for arms 15 reps for legs 15-20 reps for core
